Founded in 1984, Crystallume pioneered the development and application of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) diamond technology. In the late 1950s, Russian scientists first suggested the idea that diamond could be synthesized by CVD techniques under low pressure. Product designers were interested but, initially, it was viewed as an exotic and expensive solution. CVD diamond has all the extreme chemical and physical properties of natural diamond and high-pressure, high temperature (HPHT) synthetic diamond. With the intense interest of product designers, diamond may become as common as aluminum is today. We can repair our standard or special tools to the same specifications and tolerances that were originally used to manufacture the tool. Having your tool repaired by the original tool maker ensures you will get the same quality tool that you had when it was new.
The repair process is simple and easy. Send your damaged K-Tool, to K-Tool Inc. and they will prepare a quote for repairing the tool. Argos Pro Air Filtration System has Features That Have Never Been See Before on ANY Other Units1/13/2020 The new Losma Argos Pro series filters are designed for the filtration of oil mists (emulsion as well as neat oil), vapors and smokes deriving from a variety of machining processes. This filtration unit has purposely been designed for the industrial sector, and its important features lie in its sturdiness, reliability and simplicity in conduction and maintenance.
Upon request Argos can be supplied also with an absolute filter H13, which allows a filtration efficiency of 99,97% following the regulation EN 1822. Re-condensed oil mist particles are collected in a large tank, which includes an external visual level and a pump to automatically remove the liquid. This filtration unit has purposely been conceived for the industrial sector, and its important features lie in its sturdiness, reliability and simplicity in conduction and maintenance. The integrated manometer allows to control the obstruction state of filtering elements; upon request the system can be supplied with the “Led Up” system – a LED stripe indicating the cartridge state with the combination of three colors. Access to the filtration chamber is possible through a hinged door, the horizontal positioning of the cartridges allows quick and easy access and maintenance. |
